Mark founded InMotion Simulation in 2003 after being inspired by the lack of low-cost motion simulators companies in the US. He has a BS Degree in Computer Science / Aeronautical Science (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) and was a senior software engineer in the aerospace industry. Mark decided to leave the corporate world to pursue InMotion full-time so that he could provide customers with high-fidelity custom made motion simulators. His experience includes:

• 20+ years as a software engineer
• Employers: NASA, USAF, General Dynamics
• College instructor of Computer Science and Aerospace Technology
• 3 TV credits, 1 movie credit
• FAA pilot's license

Sarah earned her Associate's degree in Business / Accounting from Antelope Valley College in Lancaster, California. She is the accountant for InMotion and is responsible for customer invoices, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, shipping, and has extensive experience with Quickbooks.

Steve Kovac is originally from Pennsylvania and has been with InMotion since 2005. Steve first started working in machine shops when he was 5 years old. He is a master machinist and fabricator and experienced with MIG and TIG welders, lathes, manual mills, CNC, brakes, and much more.

Steve's background also includes building scaled trains for parks and farms. His main hobby is restoring retro cars from the 1960's and 1970's.

Joe is from Newport, Vermont and currently lives in Phoenix, AZ. He started with InMotion in 2011 and is responsible for CAD design, concept renderings and is proficient in Solidworks and Adobe Suites. Joe graduated at the top of his class with a BS degree in Industrial Design from Arizona State University.
