To ensure customer satisfaction and legal protection for both InMotion Simulation and the customer, we ask that you please download and review our sales agreement. All customers are required to sign and fax/email back the agreement. If you have any questions regarding the contract, you may contact us directly or our attorney.

All motion simulators have a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Any products not manufacturered by InMotion Simulation typically come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.

In most cases, a 75% deposit is required and the balance to be paid prior to delivery (if it's being shipped) or at the time of delivery (if InMotion Simulation delivers it).

InMotion Simulation uses UPS for all domestic and international shipping. All shipping fees will be paid by customer either COD or prior to shipping.
